Our Management
Our management team understands what it takes to be
a good nurse and we've never lost sight of that. We also
know the importance of an effective administrative staff supporting our nurses in the field. Only through a thorough assessment of the client's needs can management effectively communicate to its staff their job duties and responsibilities. We continue to monitor our client's changing needs and make adjustments as they may require or request. We believe that it is our job to fully understand the needs of our clients on an ongoing basis and to fill those needs with appropriately trained and experienced personnel.
Our People
Bay Nursing, Inc. employs the highest quality personnel available. We employee only experienced Registered Nurses, Licensed Professional Nurses, and State Certified Nurse Aides. We go to great lengths to hire people who are competent and professional, ensuring that they are the most qualified for the specific environment in which they serve. To become and remain a member of our team, our nurses undergo the following:
- Verifiable work experience
- Annual credentials review and update
- Annual criminal background checks & drug testing
- Annual in-service training
- Annual drivers license check
- Annual CPR test along with first aid
- Annual physical with TB skin test

Our Case Managers can assist in verifying insurance benefits, procuring medical equipment and supplies, and in recommending community resources that may offer additional benefits to both patient and family.
